I’m going to visit this park in a month. I’m so excited about it and hope it will be as beautiful !
Unfortunately the park is only open during springtime. It was closed on the 17th of May 2015 and will re-open on 24th of March 2016. Tulips are spring flowers and only bloom during springtime. Juli is summer in the Netherlands. You can still visit the Tulip Museum (http://tulipsinholland.com/2014/12/amsterdam-tulip-museum/), flower market (http://tulipsinholland.com/2014/12/visiting-the-flower-market/) and the flower auction in Aalsmeer. But there won’t be any tulips in bloom.
Oh ok thank you for keeping me up to date! I will try to come back in spring if I really like the city.
