Van Gogh flower tableau
Last Wednesday I was invited for the opening of the Van Gogh Tableau on the Museum Square in Amsterdam (next to the Van Gogh Museum). The tableau was made of 50.000 dahlias and around 115 people of the flower parade Zundert helped to build it. Last Wednesday it was 125 years that Vincent van Gogh died. Throughout the year 2015 a lot of different events are (were) held. Like the Keukenhof mosaic with the portrait of Vincent van Gogh in tulips and muscari. And the first weekend of September the world largest flower parade is held in Zundert and has the theme Van Gogh, 125 years of inspiration.
Have a look at the photos of the 69m2 flower tableau.
The tableau was broken down last Thursday so unfortunately you can’t visit it any more.
