Rotterdam
One of the most important ports of the world is housed in Rotterdam everywhere you look ou can find ships and water. The city was heavily damaged in the second world war so the old buildings are hard to find. Luckily the pilgrims church in Delfshaven, where the pilgimfathers of the USA sailed from the Netherlands to England before they sailed over the ocean towards America is still there. It is a city with great architecture. Make sure you visit the Markthal with its arched ceiling, the cube houses, and take the water taxi to the Steamship Rotterdam. Nearby the city you can find the famous UNESCO windmill location Kinderdijk.
