2nd Flower Event in Noordwijkerhout

After the overwhelming success of the first Flower Event last year, the White Church in Noordwijkerhout will be transformed into a flower paradise. From Wednesday April 19th until Saturday April 22nd the exhibition will be held from growers of Noordwijkerhout and De Zilk, joined in KAVB and LTO. And this year there will be an international cooperation of China.

The theme of the Flower Event is equal to theme of the Flower Parade and Keukenhof: Dutch Design and more. Dutch flowers are everywhere around the world. So everywhere flowers can bring happiness, so they make a connection.
The exhibition Dutch Design and more connects two different worlds of flowers; The Netherlands and China. China, a country with beautiful art: Flower Age art. This art will be exposed in a flowerful environment. Typical Dutch meets typical Chinese. And in the most beautiful colors and scents. The art designs from both countries is a wonderful way to celebrate the one hundred-year anniversary in innovation of design for the Netherlands.

The motivator of this event is promotor Aad van Ruiten. Organization by The Tourist Office. The Dutch flower designers Tineke Geerlings of ‘Typical Tien Bloemwerken’ and Sandra Balk of ‘Creatizz’ will transform the church into an inspiring flower garden.

Mayor Goedhart will open this exhibition on Wednesday, April 19th at 11:00.
You are invited to the Flower Event on Wednesday, April 19th from 11.00 am to 17.00 pm and on Thursday, April 20 to Saturday, April 22 from 10:00 to 17:00.
Sunday, April 23 12.00 all flowers available for purchase in the church.

The entrance to this event is free.
