It is the largest lily show on earth with more than 4500 stems (with multiple flowers per stem) of lilies in over 100 different varieties. With an additional 1000 lilies in pots it is a colorful sight to see. It is an absolutely must visit when you are at Keukenhof. Upcoming weekend will the Romance weekend at Keukenhof. With classical music and dance it is a perfect place to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Outside the Keukenhof most of the tulip fields are headed by now. The daffodils, hyacinths and tulips in the fields are gone. You might find one or two but with the warmer weather these fields will be headed soon.
