Welcome to the breathtaking Tulip Festival Ottawa, a vibrant celebration of spring held annually at the beginning of May in the charming city of Ottawa, Canada. As one of the largest tulip festivals in the world, this beloved event transforms the city and its parks into a kaleidoscope of color, with three million spring flower bulbs blooming in all their glory.

During the Second World War the Dutch royal family took refuge in Canada. At the end of the war the royal family donated many tulip bulbs to Canada for their role in the Liberation of the Netherlands.
